Describing Architecture Exhibition Launch Party

The Architectural Association of Ireland is presenting an exhibition of works by architects to describe architecture, during Open House Dublin 2010, from 7 - 10th October.
The Describing Architecture exhibition will explore the various forms of representation used to describe buildings - in the design process, during construction or after completion.
There are no restrictions – it could be a sketch or drawing, model, photograph, painting, collage or video, describing a completed building, an unfinished project or theoretical scheme. It could be a piece of work already created, something from a portfolio, or an opportunity to produce something new and expressive.
The exhibition will be held at the Daylight Gallery, a temporary new space, at The Ormond Building, Ormond Quay Upper, Dublin 7, across the river from Dublin City Council Civic Offices.

The exhibition will run until Sunday 10th October, 12 - 5pm each day.
